The Starter plan gives you free marketplace access for 12 months. After that, it transitions to $19.99/month and your product listings increase from 10 to 50. No credit card required to get started.
What is the Build Your Own plan?
The Build Your Own plan lets you pick exactly the services you need instead of choosing a pre-packaged tier. Start with all core services included free, then add premium services individually. Bundle discounts apply automatically: 10% off for 3+ services, 15% off for 5+, and 20% off for 8+ services.
What are marketplace fees?
Marketplace fees are a percentage of each sale. They cover payment processing, trust verification, and platform maintenance. Higher tier plans have significantly reduced fees — from 15% on Starter down to 6.5% on Professional.
Can I change plans later?
Yes! You can upgrade, downgrade, or switch to a Build Your Own plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll get immediate access to new features. When downgrading, changes take effect at the next billing cycle.
How do bundle discounts work?
When building a custom plan, bundle discounts are applied automatically based on the number of add-on services you select. Add 3+ services for 10% off, 5+ for 15% off, or 8+ for 20% off. These stack with the 20% annual billing discount.
