Returns Policy

  1. Eligibility for Returns
    • Buyers may request a return if the item is defective, damaged during transit, or significantly different from its description.
    • Perishable items such as fresh plants, seeds, and fruits are non-returnable unless they arrive in unsatisfactory condition.
    • Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the item.
  2. Return Process
    • Contact the seller directly through Plant.bid’s messaging system to initiate the return.
    • Provide photographic evidence of the issue where applicable.
    • The seller will confirm the return address and further instructions.
  3. Refunds
    • Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected by the seller.
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after approval.
    • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error or fault of the seller.
  4. Non-Refundable Items
    • Live plants or products that deteriorate quickly.
    • Custom or special order items.
    • Clearance or final sale products.
  5. Dispute Resolution

    If a resolution cannot be reached with the seller, please contact us at admin@plant.bid. Plant Bid will mediate disputes to ensure a fair outcome.
