  • Buyers should review shipping options carefully before completing their purchase.
  • Tracked shipping is strongly recommended for valuable or perishable items.

3. Delivery Times

  • Estimated delivery times vary depending on the seller's location and chosen shipping method.
  • Sellers are expected to provide buyers with tracking information where available.
  • Plant Bid is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or weather conditions.

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • Sellers must comply with all Australian biosecurity laws and import/export restrictions.
  • Some plant materials cannot be shipped to certain states or territories due to quarantine regulations. Buyers are responsible for ensuring that the items they purchase can legally be shipped to their location.
  • International shipping is subject to each country’s import laws, and buyers must ensure compliance before placing orders.

5. Lost or Damaged Items

  • If an item is lost or arrives damaged, buyers should contact the seller immediately through Plant.bid’s messaging system.
  • Sellers are encouraged to offer a resolution, including replacement, refund, or store credit.
  • If a resolution cannot be reached, Plant Bid will mediate the dispute to ensure a fair outcome.

6. Shipping Insurance

  • Buyers may have the option to purchase shipping insurance at checkout (when offered by the seller).
  • Sellers should clearly state whether insurance is included or available as an add-on.
